Registered Childminder

Shadie has worked with children for over 16 years and became a registered childminder in December 2025. She brings a wide range of experience in developing children’s programmes, running sports clubs, and maintaining strong safeguarding practices throughout her work.

She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported to grow. Shadie takes great pride in building strong relationships with families and believes in working closely with them to help every child thrive. She is incredibly proud of the setting she has created and the caring team around her, and feels privileged to play such an important role in children’s early development.

Childminder Assistant

Lizzie has been working at Kiki’s Little Explorers since November 2025. She is a kind, warm-hearted member of the team who genuinely cares about the children and loves getting involved in their play, following their interests, and supporting their development through meaningful interactions.

She helps to develop children’s targets, contributes to risk assessments within the setting, and is currently completing her Level 2 Childcare qualification. Lizzie is a valued part of the team, and we are excited to support her as she continues to grow and develop in her childcare career with Kiki’s Little Explorers.

Childminder Assistant

Claire joined the team in March 2026 and has been a fantastic addition to Kiki’s Little Explorers. She brings a wealth of experience working with children, including previous experience managing within a nursery setting, which adds valuable knowledge and insight to the team.

Claire has a warm, caring nature and has settled in wonderfully with both the children and staff. She enjoys getting down to children’s level, engaging in their play, and helping to bring out the best in them. We are delighted to have her as part of the team and look forward to the positive impact she will continue to make within the setting.
